To start, make a side part and grab three small parts of hair at the front. Taking the hair portion that is closest to the hairline, cross it over the middle section; cross the third section over the new middle section, leaving the original middle section hanging to make the waterfall effect. Cross the other two sections once and repeat the procedure – grab a new piece of hair from above the braid as you go and drop it down the middle. Tighten the braid at desired length beneath the hair using hairpins.
